Triton announces 2017 Training Course dates

Triton has announced the 2017 dates for its popular courses aimed at professionals involved in the installation of waterproofing systems and damp proofing works.  There are also two new courses in the Triton programme next year on Ground Gas Protection and Pumps & Drainage.

The Ground Gas Protection course provides an introduction to ground gases, what they are and where they are found. It covers the relevant standards and associated guidance documents – BS8485:2015, CIRIA 735, 748 and BRE 211. The course also covers site investigation and design of gas protection measures along with an introduction to Triton’s comprehensive range of gas protection products.

The new Pumps & Drainage course has been designed for all involved with the installation of Type C cavity drain systems where pumps and drainage are a critical part of the waterpoofing design. Although this subject is covered in brief in the Type C training course, this new course goes into the subject in more depth, to cover drainage design, selection of pumps, calculating the number and size of pumps required, impact of friction loss, installation of pump systems and commissioning and maintenance.

Courses last one full day and take place at Triton’s head office near Dartford, Kent. They should be booked  using the downloadable training course booking form here Each course takes place throughout 2017 and dates are set out on the booking form.

Further details about all courses offered by Triton can be found on the website.
